Spend a week, what you buy most, and the price watch.

Every vendor you buy from has its own page: what you spend with them each week, what you buy most, how their prices have moved, and every invoice and product on file.
Find a vendor
- Tap Purchases at the bottom of the screen, then the Vendors tab.
- Your vendors are listed by how much you’ve spent with them, all time. Each shows the total, its % of spend, how many invoices and the date of the last one. Pending means some of their invoices are waiting for review.
- Tap a vendor to open their page.
Vendors appear here as they’re confirmed on invoices. You don’t add them by hand.
Overview
The page opens on Overview.
- 1 invoice waiting for review (when there is one). Tap Review to see them in your invoice list.
- Spend, for example $1,253 a week: the average of the last 8 weeks. A new vendor says average of 3 weeks (since first invoice) instead. Next to it, what you spent in the last 90 days. The bars show each of the last nine weeks; the faded one marked now is this week so far.
- What you buy most: your top five ingredients from this vendor by spend. Tap one to open it, or All 8 products for the full list.
- Price watch: for up to four items, the first and latest price on your invoices over the last 8 weeks, and the change, like $4.14 → $4.31/lb +4%. Tap a row to see that ingredient’s price history.
The other tabs

| Products | Everything you buy from them, with SKU, pack and the ingredient it feeds. Search with Search products or SKUs…. A Missing pack info tag means Maitaki can’t work out a unit price yet. See Fix “Can’t price” and “Needs pack” lines. |
